Meet the Founder.
Kaye Chew is an entrepreneur, recruiter, and workforce development advocate dedicated to helping aspiring professionals build meaningful and sustainable remote careers. As the founder of FlexiHire VA Agency, she has worked closely with business owners, entrepreneurs, and growing companies to recruit, screen, and place Virtual Assistants across a wide range of industries. Throughout this journey, she has interviewed and mentored hundreds of aspiring Virtual Assistants, reviewed countless applications, and gained firsthand insight into what separates candidates who get hired from those who don't. It was through these conversations that she recognized a common challenge: many aspiring Virtual Assistants had the potential to succeed but lacked a clear roadmap.
